MariaDB 12.3 hit Amazon RDS in August 2026 with a 3-year LTS window

AWS calls MariaDB 12.3 the latest LTS release. MariaDB's own calendar gives it three years, not five: EOL 12 June 2029 against 29 May 2029 for 11.4, which shipped two years earlier.
