AWS launched a second Las Vegas Local Zone on 20 August 2026 and its own services table still omits it
AWS made a second Las Vegas Local Zone, us-west-2-las-2a, generally available on 20 August 2026. Its own services table, updated 7 August 2026, omits the zone and contradicts the announcement on EC2 and EBS.
