Azure paused the 128 KiB minimum billable object size: what changed on 1 July 2026

Azure Update 559756 paused the 128 KiB minimum billable object size for cool, cold and archive tiers. Billing did not change on 1 July 2026 for new or existing accounts. AWS still bills a 128 KB floor; Google does not.
